Healthcare:
We have prayed for more access to community based healthcare (Nov 2025 CPG and Feb 2026 CPG) with the hope of relieving pressure from the local Emergency Rooms. Within the past 6 months a Christian doctor has set up a walk-in clinic in the shopping plaza in Manotick, during evening hours, with a view to gradually moving his practice there full time in the future.
Also a new primary care clinic (led by 5 Nurse Practitioners) opened and is serving residents in the Overbrook/Vanier area opened and in just over 6 months has served nearly 2000 patients.

Soins de santé:
Nous avons prié pour un meilleur accès aux soins de santé communautaires (GPC de novembre 2025 et de février 2026) afin de désengorger les urgences locales. Au cours des six derniers mois, un médecin chrétien a ouvert une clinique sans rendez-vous dans le centre commercial de Manotick, en soirée, avec l’intention d’y transférer progressivement son cabinet à temps plein.
De plus, une nouvelle clinique de soins primaires (dirigée par cinq infirmières praticiennes) a ouvert ses portes et dessert les résidents du secteur d’Overbrook/Vanier. En un peu plus de six mois, elle a déjà pris en charge près de 2 000 patients.
